Frequently asked questions.

How do I purchase a mark?

Browse the shop, find a mark you love, and email us at hello@logofarmers.com with the mark name. We'll confirm it's available and send you a Payoneer payment link. You can pay with any credit card or PayPal. After payment confirms, we deliver your files within 24 hours.

What if the mark I want is already sold?

Each mark is exclusive and sold only once. Once someone acquires a mark, it's removed from the vault permanently. We add new marks regularly, so check back often — or email us if you'd like to be notified when new marks are added.

What files will I receive?

Standard files (included with purchase):

  • AI (vector format, fully editable)
  • SVG (vector format, infinitely scalable)
  • PNG (transparent background, 300dpi)
  • PDF (for print production)

Additional files (optional, additional charge): Figma file, Adobe Illustrator file, extended brand guidelines, or custom color variations. Email us if you need these.

How long will delivery take?

After your payment is confirmed, we deliver all files and guidelines within 24 hours via email. Most deliveries happen within a few hours.

Can I use the mark commercially?

Yes. Once you've purchased a mark, you own it outright and can use it commercially for your business, products, and branding without any restrictions or royalties. You cannot resell or redistribute the mark itself.

Can I modify the mark after I buy it?

The mark is yours to use as-is. Minor adjustments (color, sizing) are fine for your specific use. Major redesigns or significant modifications aren't recommended — the mark's geometric rigor is part of its value. If you need a custom variation, email us to discuss (additional charge may apply).

Do you offer custom logo design for projects?

Yes. The shop is for pre-drawn marks. If you need a custom brand identity designed specifically for your company (including strategy, sketching, and full visual system), we offer that as a separate service. Visit our main site to inquire about custom projects.

What payment methods do you accept?

We send a Payoneer payment link after you've chosen your mark. Payoneer accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods depending on your region.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payoneer is a secure, established payment platform used by millions worldwide. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.

Can I request a refund?

Since each mark is exclusive and only sold once, we don't offer refunds after purchase. Take time browsing and reviewing the mark before you email us — we're happy to answer any questions beforehand.

What's your cancellation/refund policy?

Once you've paid for a mark, it's yours and can't be cancelled. If you have issues receiving your files or need technical support, email us immediately and we'll resolve it.
